I've been going to Dr. Bailey for a couple of months now and I can't say enough good things about him! I am in the fitness profession and it is so important to me to receive good care. Every time anyone (student, friend, etc.) complains about having any kind of muscle pain, I tell them to go see Dr. Bailey. The office is conveniently located on Market I first came to see him to work on some muscle soreness issues that were starting to impact average daily activities...and I couldn't ignore it or push through it anymore. Active Release Therapy ("ART") was recommended to me by another specialist, and a friend of mine recommended that I see Dr. Bailey specifically. Not only does he provide great service (his hands are "mean!" - GREAT pressure and actually gets my muscles to release), but he also gives me a ton of useful technical information about what we work on in each session AND he gives me lots of "homework" to do to in between sessions so I can provide self-care. His philosophy behind providing homework is that he should see patients less and less over time and your condition won't improve if you rely solely on your provider. Sure enough, I initially saw him weekly and did all his homework and made incredible progress in two months! I now only need to see him every two weeks and we focus on other problem areas (no shortage for fitness instructors!). I really appreciate his transparency and dedication to helping patients improve. If you're in pain, it is worth the money. They don't currently accept insurance, but I GLADLY pay out of pocket because I actually get results. And the results are lasting because I am equipped with additional knowledge to better take care of myself on my own. I have seen a lot of chiropractors and massage therapists in the past, but he is hands down the best I have ever had. Oh and he's a good conversationalist as well :-).

I've been seeing Dr. Bailey for a couple years now, just recently followed him to his new location. My adjustments/treatments have always been fantastic, and I've noticed a lot of improvement on my end as long as I do the homework on my end. Very happy we were able to pinpoint the cause of my lower back problems. He also does a great job with Graston treatments and ART (Active Release Technique). New office is beautiful as well, located right off the Montgomery Bart Station. Great views of Soma as you're getting treatment!

Dr. Bailey is an incredibly talented and intuitive practitioner. He has helped me tremendously through chronic pain and tightness. He is open minded, caring and importantly listens. I have learned a great deal about my own body and wellness and look forward to each appointment thanks to the relief I'm able to achieve. Dr Baileys office and staff are all really great and he has all the tools to use various modalities to figure out what works best. His attitude and demeanor and super positive and I have doubt if you are in pain, a trip to Dr Baileys office is well worth it!

Dr. Bailey is the man. I feel like I get a lot of value when I visit... pretty long appointments of chiropractic, active release therapy, and other physical therapy. They give you really helpful exercises & stretches to do at home. I'm a lot more flexible, and don't have a lot of the nagging chronic injuries I had when I first started visiting. I have much greater range of motion on most lifts (front/back/overhead squat) and no more shoulder pinching on shoulder presses. Super happy I found this place.

If you don't have time to read my full review, here is the summary: Premier Health is great and Dr. Bailey is amazing! What I love most about Premier Health and Dr Bailey is the time that he takes to listen, treat, and explain. So many other places are factories; you have about 5 mins max with the actual doctor. Other doctors also tend to have a narrow scope of treatment or treat everyone the same way. Premier Health is a whole body practice that takes the time to treat the individual. This is a growing practice so I hope that as they grow they do not lose this personal touch and patient focus. This is the type of chiro service that patients need and want. If Cruze/Bailey keep this as part of their treatment strategy. I will continue to visit PH forever. Here is the full story: I woke up one morning with sciatic nerve pain piercing, burning, and stabbing my low back, butt, thigh, quad, calf, and shin. First time ever. I could barely walk, sit, stand, or even lay down for days. On recommendation from nextdoor I made an appt with Dr. Cruze. Through confusion and miscommunication, I ended up in the wrong location. The struggle for me to even get the office at all was real and I was so disappointed at the mixup. Fortunately, Dr. Bailey was able to see me immediately. Unfortunately for him, I was so emotional due to the pain and frustration of my state, and then the mix-up, that I just started sobbing when I got into his office. He was probably thinking, "great. I got the crazy one." No matter what he was thinking inside, he was patient and empathetic. He listened to my ordeal, checked me out, and then did some magic chiro stuff. For anyone who does not believe in chiropractic services (I know there will be at least one skeptic reading this!) I am here to tell you that the right chiro will make you a believer. Whatever Dr. Bailey did, he had me walking out of his office with my pain level reduced from a 9 to a 3. I had a smile on my face for the first time in days. Now my sitch was bad so the fix was only temporary but it was enough to give me hope that I would be able to walk again without excruciating pain. I've continued to see Dr. Bailey frequently since and through his in-office treatments and prescribed at-home exercise program, I continue to improve every day. I think the end of my ordeal is coming soon but I will continue to see Dr. Bailey (or Dr. Cruze) as much as needed to keep myself biomechanically sound. Side note: I also had one appt with Dr Cruze when Dr. Bailey was away from the office. He was also excellent! If you visit the Cow Hollow office, note that you have to walk through the gym area all the way to the back.

I started visiting Dr. Bailey for a lower back issue in 2017. He has been very patient and comprehensive in his treatment and recovery plan. This pain has been bothering me for years and was getting worse. It went away after a few weeks of treatment and exercises. Since then I have been seeing Dr. Bailey for maintenance of my lower limbs as I ramped up my figure skating training. Dr. Bailey has been very knowledgable and resourceful resolving all kinds of sports and daily concerns.
